I think in the end AVQ will get the tenement (as SMM can't outbid the 20% offer, like you said it's all about money....) but how long will it take is the question.

Yes that is a good question that none of us can answer .....one good thing is User you don't hold so you do not have a worry ...my self however may or may not have a worry only time will tell.
