Tony did state at the very beginning of the thread that he could not answer questions which may be deemed market sensitive.
Providing information exclusively to users on Hotcopper as to whether there will or won't be a CR in the short term would definately be classified as market sensitive. This type of information should only ever be communicated via an official ASX annoucement.
