Hi SJKWS,

we all know JP Morgan has been selling. JP Morgan were a great shareholder. They came in in the IPO, always contributed to capital raisings and always voted at AGMs. The reality is that fund managers come and go. The guy who loved PLV retired and the new fund manager decided to sell PLV. That's normal for funds. He would have his own reasons and has the right to adjust his portfolio as he sees fit.

Given his recent selling a promising announcement would be a great opportunity to sell into. May he did today and maybe he didn't.

I didn't expect any movement in the share price today and I got what I expected. The serious punters will wait till April 25 or so to see the legals signed and will possibly wait till JPM finish their selling.

When we soon derisk what we announced and the seller finishes I would expect a different outcome.
