    why would you buy any stock, especially a specky like PLV when the Dow is expected to get smashed tonight.

    On red days like these, it's a bit mean to be bagging the stock for lack of buyers. I reckon I haven't seen BHP down 4% since the madness of the GFC. Today is hardly a standard day for the all ords.
