    unfortunately that's incorrect.

    The new deal we have done is a total financing package that includes tranche 4 and Cockatoo. They are now linked and as we have to get shareholder approval for sale of 50% of Cockatoo we also need to get shareholder approval, albeit again, to take Timeone sbove 19.99%.
