Hi Tony,
Just wondering about some changes to the shareholder register.

On 1/2/2011 according to the Top 20 issued, Schoer Consulting owned 1.9% of the shares (3.4 million) and Ms Fiona Schoer owned 1.2% (2.2 million). Both of those names had gone from the top 20 by the time of the annual report (as at 30/6/2011). The share price went from around $1.10 to $0.25 or so in that time.

Given the name, I am guessing these are related to you in some way? (though of course I'm not suggesting it is you). Do you know who these parties are and if so, do you know why they sold their shares? Or is this a simple name change on the account or something similar, perhaps they didn't sell at all?
