    Hi mtl999,

I was going to address the "sensitive" issue about my shareholdings in PLV and you post is well timed.

I must say it would have been easier if the poster had taken others advice and contacted me directly but for some reason he/she would rather make inuendos rather that contact me.

    The facts are:

my wife Fiona Schoer owned 2.222 (I think) shares in PLV since the IPO.

My wife being over 18 and capable of making her own decisions did not need to disclose these shares. We did though for the sake of transparency. My father and his team wrote the Corps Act in the 1980s when he was executive director of the NCSC (now ASIC) and I would rather be transparent than not.

My wife decided to "sell" her shares into a Schoer family superannuation account. I have no say in this account as I had no say in my wifes holdings either. The account is held in a nominee account that is in PLV top 20.

My father, who was a director of PLV, has both bought and sold shares in PLV. He never sold a share when he was a director. He purchased shred in PLV today after the announcement.

Not a lot more I can add than that.

    Simple as that.

    My wife
