The nine points are publicly available information if you have the right translating software. Now to your questions several of the items are effectively irrelevant and relate to issues that we will not have to deal with like cheap imported labour etc.
The key ones are Royalties (described as Greenland taking the uranium) Implementation of Danish foreign policy to do with non proliferation and the subsidy sharing arrangement. In essence these outstanding issues which have been identified as outstanding through "multi year work" by the existing government have now been fast tracked to finalise the situation. The key message here is that they to a certain extent have been done through the governments multi year approach to information gathering etc and that the Danish political system has said it will support Greenland's decision and facilitate its implementation.
2. This is the final push to finalise the issue. There is an election mid next year and all parties have agreed to have this resolved prior to then, most likely the spring sitting, the key message however is unanimous support to now finalise this issue.
