I am a little surprised at this too. If Matty's assumption that the consultants fees might have been for legal reps then surely it is safe to surmise the legal reps think winning is on the cards or else why take shares in a "dud" company.
Of course if the consultants fees are for something else, the above optimistic theory is shot.
