Or employing staff that do not have any knowledge of the product , what if it had been an Australian potential customer calling Eden and that Customer got an amateur response from the girl who has to go and check with "others" would not the customer just instantly lose any faith in the company?
If that response is analogous to what is happening in the USA no wonder sales are pathetic .
I would say if there is any good news now , then sellers will be selling into the strength of it due to a loss in patience which now limits the upside .
Or employing staff that do not have any knowledge of the product...
