Pilko, the point of NTPEP is to avoid duplication.
I feel that GDOT can share EdenCrete test results with other states and those other states may want to do their own field test in their own conditions, or they may not.
To my knowledge, The FHWA will require NTPEP testing at the very least.
I dont think GS has adequately explained NTPEP. Some of the states that have accepted EdenCrete are listed as using NTPEP data.
