NTPEP CCAD certification isn't that big a deal as far as DOT's are concerned. It's more for FHWA.

Of the DOT's, which from the list below have approved EdenCrete?

AASHTO has 4 Regions. Region 2 which is the South Eastern Association has the following States, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia.

Look at this NTPEP map. Which DOT's reference NTPEP data re CAAD? They are in white.

   You can quickly workout that NTPEP isn't what some have made it out to be re DOT's because EDE is working their way thru the white states and bitten into Texas in blue.
   
   Another AASHTO regions includes Colorado, Texas and California.
   
   California specifies the ASTM C494 Standard which is the standard EdenCrete has been approved to.
