Look for the opportunities lads, dropping the ball over NTPEP might be a good thing in the long run. I know we all want to quit our day (and night if you're a shift worker) jobs but all these tests support each other and build confidence. So what we are a bit behind for the other states. Screw the other states if these GDOT projects are decent and continue from year to year and I don't see why they shouldn't re the GA project ramp up supported by GDOT. Another double screw the other states if private TxDOT companies start using our edencrete too. Triple screw the other states if this SKorean tests work out and translate into sales.. this is only a guess but I could imagine such a culture has a let's have the best of the best shit... not the typical 3-4 year thinking Aussie culture.
