how many of them do you see about? --------- the USA - equally dysfunctional and what others?
Oz is totally hampered by the fact that the federal government has such limited powers and the states have a lot of power - to pull in different directions - tearing the country apart whilst a dysfunctional federal government puts on some kind of disaster show
the whole system is kaput ------------ and IMO, has been from day 1
