Have been watching these on and off for a long time and thought I had missed the boat with the recent surge in price although it now appears back at attractive levels. The trading this afternoon though did appear to be very controlled?

What appeared a very good announcement has seen little change in share price, but I am very suprised at the price it is at given the recent placement at $1. Can anyone shed some light or is it just rolling with the general market?
