BB you're talking like a man possesed. I have 13% of my portfolio in PNA most of it at 31 cents. I'd only be adding on positive news i.e. further KPI's met in the development in Laos, or further +ve sample reports.
If you got in at the right price, like it sounds as if you have, then sit on it until fundamentals call for a re-rate and then just average up.
This is a strategy that has worked for me plenty of times.
To say PNA will not hit 32 Cents again could be a little bit off. All it will take is a wetter than normal wet season, a mud slide blocking the only road in and out of the plant, or any other bit of bad news.
This is still a high risk investment, not one I'd be on a high margin with.
