I doubt HDR will give a divi in the near future, although if I were Potter I 'd consider a small (eg 1c) divi next year - it'd cost around $7m and would probably lead to a large re-rating in the sp as investors think about the promise of bigger divis in future years. Once the sp was up I'd do a smallish placement to help kick start future developments eg tiof. With Chinguetti income as well it should see them through whatever else they might need to do to grow the company in Mauritanea and elsewhere.
