Some of you have asked whether the answer ( Lockout-July 25th) I received from one of the JV partners related to the normal pre report release embargo or something else.
My question to both potential partners was as follows....
Could you kindly advise if there has been any further developments regarding the disputation with Bauba Platinum, Genorah Resources and Nkwe Platinum over the nine Modikwa Deeps farms. I recall announcements from both ARM and Angloplats back in January of this year.
I believe you all have an idea what the content of the reply was.
That is why i stated that you needed to make up your own minds re the context of the reply that i received. Was it to do with general reporting aspects or a possible JV constraint?
