hardly a flame dr dan, what i said is true, you only post on the property forum - and my post is in context with barry's and your post.

If anything, you're baiting me.

But more specifically, someone that exclusively posts on the property forum ie never anywhere else on HC, and only negative unconstructive remarks at that, is showing contempt for HC TOU by constantly flaming fellow members that are trying to add value to the site.

i've seen enough of your posts to know that you have no intention of having a balanced discussion about property.
