maybe all us bears are right.

maybe us bears want to talk about the best time to enter the market using FACT and REALITY from planet earth.

Maybe we want to discus how far property WILL move south, and when the correction will be over.

Maybe thats all we want to do, but we CANT because YOU BULLS just want to up rant endlessly and pedle your propertys. coz lets face it, not 1 bull has yet to present any fact, other than critisie statistics when they sugest property is going down, but happily stand by them if it sugests its going up.

Maybe WE BEARS want to talk about this properly but cant becayse YOU BULLS just want to up ramp and tell us we are wrong because you dont want to admit your investments are sour.
