i dont mind which period you choose, the inflation to be applied to property is the same as that of the share market.

so what period are you going to suggest?

pick 20 years if you like, say 1987 to 2007?

total change 84.9% which is an average annual rate of inflation of 3.2%. The same inflation for property as it is for shares.

So why do you only want to apply this inflation adjustment argument to the property market?
