I keep saying , Im neither a bull or a bear ..but Im genuinely interested in property always have been , have worked in the industry for over 15 years . Im interested in what others are doing , yields they are achieving , where they have purchased , outcomes in other States ..etc etc ..
If you dont want to buy houses thats fine , but please dont hijack every thread with the various predictions , Its just rarely what we are talking about .
You might WANT IT TO TANK , thats fine too ..wait and see .
