As you can observe from today’s results lots of manoeuvring by TNG and the new Chair. I’m sure based on the votes cast we will see some interesting AGM Director nominations where deals have been done. Having said that Biddle needs to find some Tier 1 directors that can add value to get us through final permitting, engineering and execution. That must be his sole mission.

We tried that with Burton for years. Those directors sit on Lynas and other top tier mining firms but the micro board prevailed to preserve control with no independence and governance. That is no longer a nice to have but must be a given under Biddle. I suspect he will need to take on an executive chairman role to
bring TNG into the ESG world.
