    Well, it's morning and I had a restless sleep. After mulling it over most of the night, and after reading @brunod's comments this morning, I'm selling up. Deep down I don't really want to because I still think this project has huge potential, but I don't see it going anywhere good anytime soon. I think I can do better for my kids with my money elsewhere.

    Good luck everyone, especially those that decide to stick it out - more power to you.
