CMT aren't going to lose this! It will be decisive. The announcement from the BOD on Friday is proof of this. They have seen the numbers. There is no way they would offer all the last minute concessions unless they know they are in serious trouble. They announced...JE gone now, PB gone in 6 months, Henson gone now, Brown's get to help pick the next ceo. Even if the vote was close they wouldn't announce all that. It was just a last ditch effort to try and get shareholders to change their vote.
I see this 249d action as a watershed moment for small caps in Australia. It is similar to other major global movements where the public rise up after years of frustration, and I am proud to be part of it. Other ASX boards living the lifestyle with disgruntled shareholders will be looking over their shoulder. It has taken a GW to come along in our case. We should all be thankful.
