Same problem that's hampering CCC at the moment. Tax loss selling.
Now that SBL is a gold producer, it will use its funds to develop its exploration projects, and will accumulate the balance to go towards the ramp up over the next 12-18 months.
The market will click on to this one as a value play in the second half of the year and the share price should recover quite strongly.
