I pondered this for ages but some on here are smarter than me so:
Why do companies treat their small shareholders with contempt?
meaning this
I spent my hard earned on a company that has some promise, & a lot of hope, in turn thru great management, they prove to all concerned that they are well run, and the sp rises, all good for the small investor. The company decides to raise some cash as all is good, they decide to offer to insto's, and big investors a big chunk. So why do they ignore the small investor or offer them a paltry amount. Is it too easy to offer to Mr Big, but ignore long term small fry??
Get the cash quick.
Many companies do this, and i have been pi$$ed off that they do and ignore the people who backed their potential.
Or am i just alone in this???
