For those that may know the answer does bpt have 170 million in cash plus 40 odd coming in from arrow or is it 170 including the 40 million. A cashbacking of 20 cents per share plus reserves is not bad. I bought in today as other oilers have gone for a bit of a run. May be bpt's turn soon.
