There was a article in the weekend paper here in Brisbane about the negative aspects of shale gas in New York state and that they had banned it while they did some more envionmental studies.
Surprised me. I'm just glad Moomba is in the middle of no where. Juries out though.
Could be a quick rerate alright, just not the one you and I are hoping for.
