    If Wayne & CDU successfully sue HC & 2 posters would the funds go to CDU? If the funds go to CDU would the ASX move CDU from the material index given its main source of revenue in that year came from ligitation? Can CDU be described as a copper explorer still given it is producing revenue from ligitation? Could such successful ligitation see CDU move to the industrial boards?
