I mentioned years ago that IMHO WM was setting himself up for a class action by shareholders who would lose as a result of his actions, failures to notify, meet deadlines etc. People who based their trading decisions on the material he presented and his representations will no doubt be running off to Slater and Gordon and quite justifiably so.

I Took one hell of a lot of flack by posting as I did and eventually gave up even coming to this thread. I'm just pleased I only have about 1600 left which I kept "just in case". I can wear that full loss if I had to take it but I promised myself if it went back to where I bought in I would get out and I did.

I'm truly sorry for all who have lost. WM ought to be ashamed of himself and should step down from the Board.
