Thanks for pointing out the insider trader allegation in India by the parent company. But I don't think its an issue as this is a common way of corporate back stabbing probably done by the competitors. I can remember a case back in the late 80's when a big stock broker called "Harshad Mehta" was caught, he even put allegations on the then prime minister for taking bribes and made a big racket.

In a nut shell, in India, every one (specially government employees) can be bought at the right price and get them to do any thing. I am sure if this allegation would have had any substance, Mr. Jagatramka would have bribed the relevant officials before even the matter went to the court and settled it out side ( or atleast thats what I would have done in that case, if I was really guilty). This is how things are most commonly done in India. Few of the new age corporate leaders are standing against corruption and they are trying to bring out the corrupt officials and politicians out into public.

Mr. Jagatramka is an advocate against corporate corruption and he has had many interviews and media releases with regards to that over the past few years and the timing of this happeing is very suspicious. This is truly an corporate backstabbing.
I have met him few times in the past and he comes across as a gentleman who is against the corporate corruption. He will fight it out in the court and prove himself innocent and be thats the reason he has decided to go public.
