Last night ABC - faults are with the Japanese Electricity Co, reports they never bothered to replace piping or follow safety procedures. The plant was designed back in the sixties, so if its that old why would you not bother changing pipes if its noted in their safety inspection report.
Its mind blowing, the wealth of this Co and yet cant change a few pipes.
