Ok putting aside the argument of whether property will fall or rise or by how much, I am interested in strategies for those that own property, that do not wish to sell, but wish to make $$ from a falling property market to hedge to some extent the fall in property values. thinking shorting some ASX property developers, does anyone have any suggestions or other strategies. cheers
