A question from the ignorant here.
1 : If ESG is dissolved int STO as a script offer does that mean STO share registry is bolstered by the amount of shares that ESG possess?
2 : If so it would seem that STO's share price will be diluted by this event??
3 : Which means that the value of our ESG holdings is further reduced??

Mind you i am hoping for better for ESG holders but i still think there is some truth in the point that ESG management are telling us to go find our value in STO. Nicely of course!
