I suppose there are many ways to interpret charts... it is more of an art than a science.
My take on the trading on 7th was that after the overnight announcemnet that a director had been selling, the stock opened lower,( not suprising ) went lower still but managed to
close higher than it opened...in the face of what would be considered a less than favourable response from a director,..(who IS an insider )
Therefore, I thought it was a reasonably strong finish.
All this counts for nothing though as the price when trading commences, will be determied by the anouncement.
As others here have said all the speculation as to what the ann. will be is a waste of time as we dont know.
The lead up to all this with the company ann. on Dec 29th looked promising, which is why I bought in, but the action of the director in selling on jan 4th was a less than confidence building act on his part.
We shall see.
Would be interested in that website you mentioned if you eventually manage to find it.
