What do you consider to be the biggest trend between Pirate Pete's Fleet (NKP, RRS, and CCC) and where is it headed?

This fleet could possibly include TPT considering it is the same address essentially and Pirate Pete is the most senior commander and might be in control of TPT similarly like he is with RMP which is a simple facade for a rights issue for 2 drills in G and 1 in P.

I have an answer but would be interested to hear from the board first without influencing everyone else's opinion...
