The board needs to get hold of all SBL shares to than take full control, translating into a definite takeover if I am not mistaken.
Let's see what happens from here.
Agree that Lion's offer at this point is to our favour, however once converted into Lion makes me wonder if Lion's SP is going to hold, improve, or starting to fall.
