If Tatts doesn't renew the contract with JIN in NSW and Victoria next year to supply it with tickets, does it mean that JIN could still get them through SA Lotteries (and sell Australia wide)?

Also, with the recent Tatts NT deal for 5 years, can they still get them from there and sell Australia-wide?

What I'm trying to understand is:

An obvious risk for JIN is that it requires access to a lottery ticket supplier. But with the above deals, JIN has got at least another 5 years left in them in terms of revenue? (even if the current agreement is not renewed by Tatts in NSW and Victoria in 2013).

    True or not true?
