Sort of remember who was in the lift :)
Come on 401, where were you seated?????

Bit disappointed that there wasn't more discussion or questions asked. I was expecting more of a debate after they did the final count, then next minute the meeting was all over. I'll be there next year, and more prepared with questions, facts/figures of what they do/don't achieve in the next 12 months.
Unless by some miacle the S.P. gets back to near 2cents, then I, and no doubt a lot of others, will be 'long gone'.

For once they certainly weren't slow in putting out an ann. Took me just over 2 hours to get home, and the results were already posted 10 mins earlier.

Not only did T.Q look a bit angry (I don't think I'll be on his xmas shopping list), but a little smug as well.
Even with the addition of the votes cast at the meeting, they very well knew that ALL the resolutions were going to go in their favour.

As it is all done now, just have to wait and see what happens in the future, and how long the remaining cash lasts for.
(Still NOT happy that T.Q. is there, Gary has, and still could have, continued to do what needs to be done for PDY on his own).

Surprised at some of the figures re. the voting.
Less than 1/2 the possible votes were exercised, and out of the 20 odd people at the meeting we only had 20,853,136 votes between us.

As for res. #9, if not for the Proxys' discretionary votes, it would have resulted in a spill meeting.
Then again, the vote was most likely out of confusion on which box to tick, as res. #2 was just over 16:1 for, and res. #3 was nearly 3:1 for.
