They have been both paying wages and issuing themselves shares . If you read the annual report, they have been doing both. the Burn Rate of Cash has been enormous with this company. Clearly they have been praying to the GODS that the SP recovers, but have failed to realise there is no purpose in spending money if you don't have the Capital to see the project through. This has been an EXPENSIVE lesson.
