I think you will find that apart from medicine, that we have an oversupply of skilled workers currently underemployed or unemployed.
The boomers are well into retirements and hitting preservation ages for super, its had no affect, in fact quite the opposite, we now have the highest rates of unemployment and the lowest participation rates since boomers actually reached retirement.
And with the end of the mining boom, you can expect a whole lot of labourers, drivers, tradies, engineers and managers all looking for a job at Coles.
