Littlefeat some things to ponder. Retirement costs a lot more than people think, if you sell up now you have maybe 30 years to fund. Living in the country sounds ideal but if you sell and move there is no way you will ever get back if you change your mind.
My advice for what it is worth is go to your bank and get your property refinanced with an offset loan available.
Take a short break and reward yourself. Keep it, keep working and ease off a bit.
