    Two words that kill a lot of companies that you all should know - BAD MANAGEMENT

    Couple of poor decisions ie Irvine PFS release, SST and Wise as cornerstone investors, Cockatoo enviro bond and low and behold PLV ran out of rope.

    The cap table is about to be reset with the latest round of raising (if it actually happens), they are essentially diluting the hell out of existing shareholders to take over the assets of the company, but I guess PLV company will live on - doing what who knows?

    Underground iron ore mining at Cockatoo with Fe prices at under $90/ton LOL
