thats my point buddy, Paterson's having underwritten the last CR and got their clients into it.. and then copped this WHACK are obviously fuming and greatly embarrassed and to that end feel they have the right to ask for.. how many 260million shares? Why don't they fully underwrite it then, if they did i'd think about it for 2 secs before still voting NO!

The fact they do it with a straight face is the most amazing thing.. GNR must surely be voting NO to this as the largest shareholder and no matter what you make of this disaster every shareholder must vote NO to resolutions 2 & 3!
