How could we get ourselves in such a mess for God's sake.

How could the company agree with the terms and conditions that they have entered into with Wise. Haven't we got Lawyers that we have been paying for their services.??

And now, and based on what you wrote, it appears to me that they have not met their disclosure obligation under the Listing Rules. What next!!!!!!
