    one "could argue" its a potentially "material adverse change" ,,,,and so should be notified to ASX as soon as was practical .......

    SEC requirements are "tighter" than those in Oz (re valn of 1P reserves at NPV 10, using that days fwd curve etc etc etc) .....

    suggest watching ALL releases in usa ?????
