I would imagine not, whilst a short term view, the price of oil is low hence the revenue stream isn't what it was previously. In the event of a dry hit, it wont be pretty for them to be eating into their cash like that.
Previous experience also tells us they are quite conservative so cant imagine them doing this on their own.
perhaps they can get some assistance from another.... NZO???
