First and foremost we need a bid.
Once we have a bid everything changes.
Many , many factors come into play.
Once it becomes inevitable that the bid is going to be successful it wraps up fast.
The best outcome is a bidding war.
Then you can hold out until the end.
Once management recommend the offer it is game over.
It could be a wild ride.
