They have had 2 bids in the last 6 months..
Clearly people are interested in the land! That is why they are drilling there and cheaper to buy them out now than give them a share of the profits of the oil they find...
They bought the land cheap and will sell it at a good profit..
I reckon after a little competitive tension builds between different suitors they will be taken out 25c+
I am lucky the market sold to me at 16-17c..
Not much due diligence to do on a company that has no operations and just owns land..shouldn't take long
